I totally understand—life happens! But out of respect for my time and other clients, I kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies when booking your appointment.

These guidelines help keep things running smoothly and ensure that every guest (including you!) receives the time and attention they deserve.

  • 📅 Need to Cancel?

    Please give at least 6 to 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

    Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% service charge or a $25 fee (depending on the situation).

    Last-minute cancellations (under 6 hours) without a valid reason may be charged up to 100% of the service.

  • 🚗 Running Late?

    You have a 10–15 minute grace period. If you’re going to be late, please just let me know! If I don’t hear from you and you arrive after that window, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and you may be charged in full for the missed time.

    Repeated lateness or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings, or in some cases, no longer being able to book.

  • ❌ No-Show Policy

    If you miss your appointment without any notice, you’ll be charged 100% of your scheduled service. Going forward, future appointments must be prepaid in full to hold your spot.

  • 💇‍♀️ Refund Policy

    I take pride in giving each guest my full attention and delivering services with care and quality. Because of the time and products involved, all services are non-refundable.

    That said, your happiness is important to me! If you have any questions or concerns about your hair after your appointment, please reach out within 2 days. I’ll ask you to come in so I can take a look in person. If an adjustment is needed, I’ll gladly make it at no extra cost—but only if it’s within the 2-day window. After that, I’ll assume you’re loving your look!
